Your firm's best work is sitting in folders nobody can find.
High-volume practices are document factories. Personal injury demand letters, immigration petition packets, disability appeals. The same work, reshaped for each client. The bottleneck isn't expertise. It's access.
Hunting for the right document
"Where's the demand letter we used for that rear-end case last March?" Twenty minutes of folder-clicking later, you give up and start from scratch. Again.
Recreating work you've already done
Your firm has handled this exact scenario fifty times. But finding the closest match takes longer than just rewriting it, so you rewrite it. The wheel gets reinvented every week.
Paralegals asking the same questions
"How did we handle this last time?" "What's the standard demand for this injury type?" The institutional knowledge is in three people's heads. Everyone else waits.
Drafting from generic templates
Your firm has voice. Your firm has style. Your firm has clauses that have been battle-tested over hundreds of cases. But new docs still start from a generic template because nobody can find the firm's good ones.
Case knowledge stuck in case files
Every case your firm wins teaches you something. But that knowledge stays in the file, in the closing memo nobody re-reads, in the head of the attorney who handled it. New attorneys start from zero.
Marketing falls behind
You know exactly what cases convert. You know which questions clients ask. You know which neighborhoods need your help. But blog posts and SEO pages don't get written because nobody has time to write them.
The expertise is already in your firm. Legal Intelligence makes it accessible to everyone on your team — and turns it into the marketing engine that brings in the next case.
A private AI that knows your firm. Then turns that knowledge into more cases.
Internal Knowledge Copilot makes your team faster. Marketing Copilot uses the same firm intelligence to bring in new clients. Same engine. Two outputs.
High-volume practices that win on speed and consistency.
If your firm runs hundreds or thousands of similar cases, you have a goldmine of past work. Legal Intelligence turns that goldmine into your team's advantage.
Personal Injury
Demand letters, intake forms, settlement narratives. Hundreds of cases with the same structure but different facts. The AI knows what your firm has done and helps your team do it faster.
Best fit: Auto, slip-and-fall, premises liability, medical malpractice.
Immigration
Petition packets, RFE responses, supporting briefs. Massive document assembly that follows patterns. The AI surfaces your firm's best work for each case type.
Best fit: Family-based, employment-based, asylum, removal defense.
Social Security Disability
Initial applications, reconsideration appeals, ALJ hearing prep. Highly procedural with tight deadlines. Speed and consistency win cases.
Best fit: SSDI, SSI, appeals at all levels.
Different practice area?
Family law, criminal defense, estate planning, business litigation. If your firm runs high volume, the same approach works. Tell us about your practice.
From your firm's mess to a working AI in 14 days.
No years-long enterprise rollout. No reorg of your file system. We work with what you have, where you have it.
Connect your sources
Document folders, case management system, email archives, templates library. We connect to where your work already lives — Clio, MyCase, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Google Drive, the works.
Train on your firm's work
The AI learns your templates, your style, your past cases, your clauses, your jurisdictions. Trained in a private environment that only your firm can access. Nothing shared with anyone else.
Your team starts using it
Web interface and Slack/Teams integration. Attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, marketing — everyone gets the version of the tool calibrated to what they need.
It keeps getting smarter
Every case your firm closes becomes more knowledge for the AI. The tool you launch with isn't the tool you have a year from now. It compounds.
Your firm's data stays your firm's data. Period.
When the AI is trained on your client files, security isn't a feature. It's the entire deal. Here's exactly how we handle it.
Where does my firm's data live?
US-based, single-tenant infrastructure. Your firm's instance is logically isolated from every other firm. Optional dedicated cloud deployment for AmLaw 200 firms or those with specific data residency requirements.
Are you training your AI on my client documents?
No. We train YOUR firm's private model on YOUR firm's documents — and that model never leaves your environment. Your client files are never used to train our base models, never shared with other firms, never seen by anyone outside your firm.
What if this comes up in discovery?
We provide a sworn declaration covering infrastructure, data handling, and access controls. We have drafted standard language for your engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines. Our DPA is reviewed annually by outside ethics counsel.
Will the bar have a problem?
Built around ABA Model Rule 1.6 and ABA Formal Opinion 512 (the July 2024 generative AI guidance). State-specific compliance memos available for California, New York, Texas, Illinois, and Florida. We can prepare additional state memos on request.
What about privilege and work product?
Standard EULAs from large AI vendors contain license grants and warranty waivers that compromise privilege protections. Ours doesn't. Read it before you sign anything else from anyone else.
Working with select firms before public release.
A small group of high-volume firms is testing Legal Intelligence on their actual document libraries and case files. We aren't publishing testimonials until our beta partners are ready to attach their names. We'd rather earn that than fabricate it.
Beta firms get pricing locked in for life, direct access to our team, and significant influence over the roadmap. Onboarding 20 firms total before public launch.
